Jason has worked with a diverse population that has included high school and college athletic programs, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, and worker’s compensation rehabilitation. Jason’s goal is to help patients meet their recovery and physical goals through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and education.
In his spare time, Jason likes to coach in local youth organizations, watch college sports and spend time with his family.

Sarah moved to Arizona from Maryland for the warm weather and access to outdoor activities. Sarah has experience working with a wide variety of patients and enjoys helping them get back to what they love to do. She has a particular passion for helping athletes return to their sport, since she was helped by physical therapy during her college soccer years.
When she’s not helping patients at Proactive Physical Therapy, Sarah likes to kick the soccer ball around, as well as hiking and playing golf.

Chelsea is a Portland, Oregon native who migrated to the desert as a child. A graduate of Pima Medical Institute here in Tucson, Chelsea has been a Physical Therapist Assistant since 2014. She is passionate about tailoring treatment programs to individual patients’ needs in order to meet goals and maximize potential. Chelsea has experience working with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and physical therapy needs in in- and out-patient facilities.
When she is not in the clinic, Chelsea is the proud mother of three boys and enjoys watching kids’ soccer, cooking, and listening to country music.

Brad is a Phoenix native. He returned to Tucson to work for ProActive. He received his Bachelor’s in Physiology from University of Arizona and his physical therapist assisting degree from GateWay CC in Phoenix. Brad has worked with a diverse patient population in outpatient physical therapy, inpatient hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, athletic training, and sports medicine. Brad likes to focus on proper body mechanics, appropriate muscle activation, focused manual techniques, and shifting bad habits to good habits. Brad’s favorite sports include football, combat sports, track & field, basketball, and has a general love for all sports. His other interests include hiking, watching movies, cooking, listening to podcasts and learning new things. As a University of Arizona alumni, he also supports all things U of A. Go Wildcats.
