She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University and has spent much of her professional career serving people with orthopedic and sports injuries. She has a Graston Certification to use a patented form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization to direct and treat scar tissue and restrictions that affect normal function.
