Molly is a pelvic floor therapy expert, and has a unique ability to make it easy for her patients to talk about private and sometimes uncomfortable topics. Through her expertise in pelvic floor therapy, Molly is able to help patients regain basic functions of the human body and watch their confidence and self-esteem return too. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University and has spent much of her professional career serving people with orthopedic and sports injuries. She has a Graston Certification to use a patented form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization to direct and treat scar tissue and restrictions that affect normal function. She has also developed a specialty practice to serve clients who suffer from pelvic floor dysfunction — which she finds particularly rewarding. She enjoys helping patients regain basic functions of the human body and watching their confidence and self-esteem return. Molly spends her leisure time with her family, riding bikes with her children and sometimes shooting off model rockets.

Originally from Missouri, Nikki recently moved to Arizona, and is enjoying the Arizona sunshine. Nikki was drawn to the field of physical therapy at a young age due to love for sports and athletics. She has swam competitively since she was very young and throughout her swimming career has had many different injuries that introduced her to the field of physical therapy. Ever since her first trip to the physical therapist at age 11 she has been in love with field of physical therapy and the career of helping others that has continued to grow over the years and through her PT studies at Creighton University. The most rewarding part of her job is getting the opportunity to get to know her patients and help them achieve their goals through personalizing their treatment to meet their individual needs. She cares about every patient she works with and believes each person is unique and as such deserves a program as equally as individualized as they are in order to achieve whatever their goals may be. Working with, getting to know, and learning from her patients is what motivates her at work each day. When not at work, she has loved exploring out west since moving to AZ, from hiking and biking to camping and exploring new things and places with friends and family. When too much Arizona sunshine prevents her from being outside she spends most of her time doing crossfit, training for triathalons, teaching spin classes, doing yoga, or eating mass quantities of ice cream and/or chocolate.
