Sarah, PT, DPT
Education: Lebanon Valley College
Sarah moved to Arizona from Maryland for the warm weather and access to outdoor activities. Sarah has experience working with a wide variety of patients and enjoys helping them get back to what they love to do. She has a particular passion for helping athletes return to their sport since she was helped by physical therapy during her college soccer years. When she’s not helping patients at Proactive Physical Therapy, Sarah likes to kick the soccer ball around, as well as hiking and playing golf.
Anisa, PT, DPT
Education: Virginia Tech, Duke University
Growing up, Anisa was involved in sports such as lacrosse and basketball. This led to many sprained ankles and experiencing physical therapy first-hand. Anisa’s journey inspired her to learn more about the field and pursuing a career in helping others. Anisa enjoys helping patients and providing natural solutions in a supportive environment to optimize functional ability in each patient’s desired hobbies. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, swimming, music, learning new recipes, and traveling.
Education: Pima Medical Institute
Brevin is a physical therapist assistant whose goal is to help patients feel confident in themselves and their abilities. He likes music, technology, and all kinds of cars. In his spare time, Brevin likes to play the drums, be outdoors, and work on home improvement projects. An interesting fact about Brevin is he was born with talipes equinocarus, better known as club foot.
