Andre PT, DPT
Physical TherapistEducation: Pima Community College, A.T. Still University, Grand Canyon University
Andre began his academic journey at Pima Community College after graduating from Sahuarita High School in 2011. Throughout high school, he played basketball and baseball and was able to continue playing baseball at Pima Community College from 2011-2013. He graduated from the A.T. Still University Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2020. He began his journey within PT as a physical therapy aide in Tucson after he graduated from Grand Canyon University with his Bachelor of Science in Pre-Physical Therapy in 2016.
He feels the best way to treat patients is to continually listen to them throughout their time with you. “We have a unique position to be able to spend so much time with our patients. We need to use this time to actively attend to their needs in any way that best fits the patient.” Andre entered PT because his grandmother had a brain tumor, and during her rehabilitation, she received home health services from a PT. He could see her progress from when she came home to her discharge, and he knew then that PT was what he wanted to do.

Nadia PT, DPT

Once she completed her rehab she decided to pursue a career in physical therapy and graduated from Franklin Pierce University in 2018 with her doctoral degree.
Dr. Dyakiv has a deep-rooted passion for helping others recover and regain confidence in their bodies, especially mothers like herself. Having navigated the challenges of staying healthy and fit while raising her three young kids, Nadia understands what women face after giving birth and strives to empower them. In the future, she wishes to specialize in women’s health and pelvic floor rehabilitation. Her treatment approach focuses on understanding each patient’s hobbies and lifestyles, integrating them into personalized treatment plans. Beyond the clinic, Nadia enjoys playing soccer, working out and spending time with her husband and kids.
