How Online Physical Therapy Works

Step 1

Request an Appointment

We will then connect with you to discuss if a secure video session is the right option.

Step 2

Verify Your Information and Schedule

Once verified, we’ll schedule your first secure video session with your therapist.

Step 3

Begin Online Therapy

You’ll receive an email and/or text confirmation of your first video session with the following information:

  • Appointment time and login details
  • Therapist name and contact information
  • Recommended equipment

If you have any technical issues when you first try to log in, please contact your clinic by phone.

Step 4

What's Next?

We encourage you to continue your treatment plan online or in the clinic as soon as you are able to return in person.

All of our clinics remain open and are following all CDC guidelines to ensure our staff and patients are in a safe and healthy environment.

We’ll work with you to review your insurance coverage and get you the information you need to make the best decision for your care. Our goal is to make this service available and affordable for anyone who needs it.
