Free Injury Assessment

Schedule a FREE injury assessment today

Have you been recently injured? Or are you unable to do the things that you enjoy because of nagging pain or increased discomfort? As experts in movement and movement dysfunction, physical therapists are considered to be an excellent place to start looking for answers to your concerns. Generally, many musculoskeletal conditions can be evaluated by a physical therapist as a first, easy to access, and inexpensive option for patients looking for solutions.

ProActive offers no-obligation free injury assessments* to those individuals who may be looking for answers to their questions and looking for solutions. Following your consultation, your physical therapist will work with you to outline a plan of action, which may include several different options. In some cases, additional work-up by a physician may be required, at which point, we can assist in facilitating an appointment with one of Tucson’s many excellent physicians. In other cases, your physical therapist may advise that a short course of rehabilitation would be appropriate. We’ll work with you and your insurance company to ensure that you receive the care needed for a prompt recovery. Lastly, there might be instances where your physical therapist will simply provide coaching and consultation on how to self-manage the condition.

No matter the outcome, we’re here for you so that you can stay active and continue to do the things that you enjoy the most. To schedule a free injury assessment, use the link below to submit a request.
